Shipping Policy:
Open and inspect your delivery prior to accepting and signing. If shipment arrives damaged, contact us at 1-888-387-2413 prior to accepting delivery from carrier.
All shipping prices quoted are for the contiguous continental 48 states and does not include Alaska or Hawaii. Typical processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Generators and transfer switches are shipped standard freight delivery. Parts and accessories are shipped standard ground service. Standard Freight Shipping (Generators and Transfer Switches):
- In-stock generators and transfer switches ship standard freight delivery. Carrier and tracking information will be supplied when order ships.
- Shipping duration is based on customer location proximity. Typical freight delivery occurs within 5 to 7 business days.
- Standard freight for air cooled models includes curbside with lift gate.
- Standard freight for liquid models does not include unloading services. Due to the size and weight of liquid cooled generators, customer will need to provide unloading services.
- If additional services to complete delivery at customer site are required, customer should negotiate with freight carrier directly.
- Freight carriers typically deliver in a large semi-truck and trailer and may not be able to access some neighborhoods, inner-city areas, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, one-way streets, etc. If delivery address is not accessible, customer is responsible for arranging with carrier an alternative delivery location.
- Freight delivery is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Weekend delivery may be extra.
Standard Ground Shipping (Parts and Accessories):
- In-stock parts and accessories ship standard ground delivery. Carrier and tracking information will be supplied when orders ships.
- Shipping duration is based on customer location proximity. Typical ground delivery occurs within 3 to 5 business days.
- Ground delivery is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Weekend delivery may be extra.
Return Policy:
- Generators and transfer switches are not returnable to the manufacturer once delivery is accepted. Wheeler Direct will accept a return within 30 days of receipt of initial delivery.
- Customers wishing to initiate a return should email sales@wheelerdirect.com or call 1-800-Wheeler for a return authorization.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should purchase insurance against lost or damaged by shipping carrier.
- Return items will be inspected prior to issuance of refund. Customer is responsible for any damage or lost items.
- If generator or transfer switch has been unpackaged, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the sale price may apply depending on condition.
Order Cancellation: Customer may cancel order for full refund prior to shipping of order. To initiate a cancellation, please email sales@wheelerdirect.com. once a product has been shipped and then refused or cancelled, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Payment Terms: Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Pay Pal and Credit Cards will be charged at time of order. Special financing through TD Bank or Synchrony will be processed at time of shipment.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales taxes will be added to the order. Resellers should contact us prior to placing order.
Refunds: All refunds are processed within 2 business days once the order cancellation or return has been accepted. Refunds are credited to the original payment method for the order.
Warranties and Product Information: All warranties are directly from the manufacturer. Wheeler Direct desires to display and represent manufacturer warranties and product information correctly. Any error or omission by Wheeler Direct does not provide for additional warranty.
